Description
A Test Engineer ensures product quality, reliability, and functionality by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans. They work across production stages to identify defects, automate testing, and recommend improvements, acting as a bridge between development and quality assurance. - Test Development: Design and create test cases, plans, and scripts for software or hardware systems.

- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results, document technical issues, and track bugs using tools like Jira.
- Collaboration: Work with developers and product teams to understand requirements and troubleshoot root causes.

Requirements and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, TestNG), coding (e.g., Python, C++), and debugging.
- Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile testing practices, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and CI/CD pipelines.
