Bill Rate: $61 1. Position Title – Project Manager 3. Location/Site – ABV1 in Mettawa 4. Cost Center – 600386 5. Number of positions needed – 1 6. Job description (feel free to attach) – provided 7. Tentative start date – ASAP 8. Tentative end date – 1 year from start date 9. Work shift (days/times) – The position is full time Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. We offer a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site). 10. Weekends included (Y/N) – N 11. Remote, 100% Onsite or Hybrid Onsite Schedule – Yes, remote opportunity exists with 2 days remote a week 12. Reason for request – PM position became available on team due to project volume Job Description: The Project Manager (I) works closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities and the ongoing relationship with their respective internal business partners. Knowledge/Skills/Responsibilities: · Understand AbbVie guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, Veeva PromoMats review and corporate compliance. · Understand the AbbVie Ad Agency Workflow Process, including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production and archiving. · Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. · Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload. · Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment. Project/Process Management: · Assist on print, digital, and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the AbbVie Ad Agency. · Help facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. · Assist with providing estimates and timelines. · Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule. · Track time daily. Accountability / Scope: · Reports to their assigned AbbVie Ad Agency account manager · Partners with creative team on project initiatives · Adherence to all company-wide financial policies Experience/Qualifications: · Bachelor degree required · 4-8 years of ad agency experience required (minimum), pharmaceutical experience a plus · Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written · High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role · Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details Significant Work Activities and Conditions: · Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day) · Job Classification: Experienced · Grade level: 15 · Job: MARKETING/ADVERTISING · Primary Location: USA-Illinois-Lake County · Organization: TA&O · Schedule: Full-time · Shift: Day
