We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets. The ideal candidate will use data to help inform business decisions, identify trends, and create reports that offer actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources (internal and external).

• Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.

• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Present findings and recommendations to management and business teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs.

• Maintain and optimize databases and data systems for performance and reliability.

• Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to improve data quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.

• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
