What are the different types of neurodivergence?

People who identify themselves as neurodivergent typically have one or more of the conditions or disorders listed below. However, since there aren’t any medical criteria or definitions of what it means to be neurodivergent, other conditions also can fall under this term as well. People with these conditions may also choose not to identify themselves as neurodivergent.

Some of the conditions that are most common among those who describe themselves as neurodivergent include, but are not limited to:

Description

Experience Required: 1–2 years in chemical or biological process lab
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or related field

Skills Required:

Laboratory techniques: pH testing, moisture analysis, cloud point, basicity, NaOH titrations
Equipment handling and calibration (filtration units, reactors, chromatography systems)
Hands-on experience with chemical handling, safety regulations, and documentation
Familiarity with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and SOPs

Responsibilities:

Conduct chemical testing and record data for quality control
Operate lab-scale chemical production equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab areas
Prepare lab reports and communicate with process development teams
Support troubleshooting during chemical production cycles

Certifications Preferred: OSHA Laboratory Safety, Chemical Handling & Safety
